2 Google Chrome extensions that web developer should install

It's 04:39 on my laptop and I'm here in Pangkalpinang after doing the installation for the Atma Luhur website so they can be up and running for public. Well... after doing that, I hardly to sleep. So, I take a look deep more at my brand new ubuntu lucid lynx.. and for this concern is at the Google Chrome, specially at the extensions.

At the previous version of Google Chrome what I always looking for Firebug that already helped me in examine the ajax things and the Web Developer plugin that I always use to view the form objects (since I always use Firefox for developing and using those tools).

Firebug Lite

This is the extension for Google Chrome that suits and near with Firebug. Even the Firebug Lite has some limitations; but this new version (1.3.0 beta) already go more further than before and more suitable for web developing and debugging code.

The interface that looks like Firebug makes me easily to adapt with the Firebug Lite; and the minimal functionality of Firebug Lite already helped me in showing the posted data and report the response of it.

Web Developer

The extension that I search is a replacement of Web Developer that I always use in Firefox. Search for it, and I didn't realize that it already exists. The extension is the official port from Web Developer extension for Firefox written by the same person. This is great! I just installed them both to help me in developing web and testing with Google Chrome.

Yeah I know that shorts, but hopefully that the links can be used by someone that hasn't know about Firebug Lite and Web Developer for Google Chrome. And... I set up Google Chrome as my default browser rather than Firefox since Chrome load faster. Before I go to pray, I would like to say "Happy Coding..."... smile
